VW Beetle Convertible: Historical Responsibility
Last spring, the Beetle and New Beetle again just with this transformation seemed this iconic model a much more rugged rascal be. Especially sporty roofline helped to the hairdresser image on the side scrolling. With the advent of the new Beetle Convertible is this actually a bit reversed. The new line Solitaire has given way to an electric soft top. This can then be driven again - up to 30 km / h - opened and closed. As we know from the Beetle is the soft top to the 'aft' making a supplied cover is needed to protect him from the elements.
Practical
Despite the folding system for the roof, the boot still offers 225 liters and the Beetle Convertible seats four people. The rear seat is also foldable to be able to transport long objects. To protect occupants shoot two roll bars up when the car detects a dangerous situation. The lap counters and extra glove box fit quite naturally into the Beetle tradition.
